Applicants for the Chateauguay, Longueuil and Montreal sectors must have an income less than : 

Couple : 33 500 $

1 person : 33 500 $

2 or 3 persons (non couple) : 37 000 $

4 or 5 persons : 46 500 $

6 or 7 persons : 58 000 $

NON-SUBSIDIZED UNITS

Our non-subsidized units are lower in cost compared to private owners.
